Kinto SCS Cotton Paper FIlter 4 Cups, 60 Pcs

Paper coffee filters from Japanese Kinto for use in the SCS coffee drippers. The paper fits Kinto Slow Coffee Style drippers (size 4 cups), but they can also be used in Hario coffee drippers (size 02). The paper used in the filter is made of a blend of cotton pulp and wood pulp. Compared to Hario V60 papers, the Kinto paper is slightly thicker and more porous.

Fold the paper filter at the seam and place it in the coffee dripper. Using the 4 cup filter, add approximately 40 g of ground coffee, which gives you 6 dl of coffee. Pour some hot water in the middle of the coffee and let it bloom for about 30 seconds. Carefully pour in more water in a spiral shape, starting from the middle. Adjust the grinding, the amount of coffee and water according to taste.
